• Draft, review and manage contracts and vendor agreements to safeguard organisational interests;
• Oversee procurement and tender activities, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements;
• Monitor budgets, track variations and oversee claims administration to ensure financial performance remains on target;
• Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes;
• Prepare and present relevant reports to management for informed decision-making;
• Ensure accurate maintenance of agreements, correspondences and approval records for audit readiness;
• Track project milestones and contractual obligations, ensuring timely compliance across multiple projects;
• Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related issues and resolve escalations;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.

• Degree or diploma in any Business, Information Technology, Project Management or any discipline;
• At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role, managing and administering contracts for IT projects;
• Ability to work well with various external parties as well as internal cross-functional teams;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong organisational skills, collaboration skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
• Discretion and high standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
