Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced ERP Strategy Consultant in Singapore. The role involves assessing current ERP systems and recommending strategic improvements. Ideal candidates have over 15 years in IT leadership roles, particularly in industrial services. Strong skills in ERP systems and stakeholder engagement are essential. This is a contract position requiring some travel between Thailand, India, and Singapore.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally as CIO, CTO, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of ERP evaluation and implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess alignment of current ERP systems with business needs.
- Evaluate utilization of existing ERP capabilities.
- Recommend a clear ERP strategy and execution roadmap.

- Assess whether current ERP systems are fully aligned with business and operational needs.
- Evaluate the extent to which existing ERP capabilities are being effectively utilized.
- Recommend a clear ERP strategy, including whether to consolidate platforms and a high-level execution roadmap.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of ERP capabilities and usage across multiple businesses.
- Identify areas of underutilization, over-customization, and misalignment with operational requirements.
- Compare current ERP platforms with industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Provide weekly progress updates, interim deliverables, and a final recommendation report.
- Advise on change management considerations and future ERP governance.
- 15+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally as CIO, CTO, or equivalent enterprise systems leader.
- Proven track record ofERP evaluation, selection, and implementation(Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems).
- Industry expertise inindustrial services, manufacturing, energy, EPC, or specialty chemicalspreferred.
- Strong understanding of how ERP systems support both operational and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to advise at theC-suite level.
