- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage documents (drawings, submissions, RFIs, quotations).
- Track costs, variation claims, and purchase orders.
- Arrange meetings, site visits, and follow‑ups.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and timelines.
Skills
This role supports the Project Manager by ensuring projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.
