Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an M&E Coordinator to oversee all mechanical and electrical works on site. The candidate will ensure that projects meet design, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project management, coordination, and liaison with clients and subcontractors. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least one year of experience. Familiarity with Autodesk Revit MEP is advantageous. • Position Title: M&E Coordinator
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,500 + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site to meet design, safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning, coordination and preparation of documents for submission.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources.
• Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
