We are are seeking a Project Manager ready to join us in reshaping the future of sports technologies. The Project Manager will oversee the full execution of hardware/software/mechanical/data & algorithms projects. The primary focus of the Project Manager will be to lead a team of internal resources to successfully deliver Rapsodo's next-generation Sport-Tech Solutions to our clients and partners. Job Description:

• Oversee all Project Management Cycles from ideation to mass production, aligning with customer and project stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects, responsible for implementing and communicating action plans to meet Customer Project objectives.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, working closely with customers to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop project plans in alignment with project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved.
• Lead design and development engineering and operations teams to execute the project plan in line with Rapsodo's commitment to customers in terms of delivery date, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage, monitor, and control project scope, risks, changes, and reporting activities from project inception through launch.
• Ensure that all Product Development Life Cycle processes are followed, and gates and milestones are accomplished.
• Ensure the proper and successful delivery and deployment of projects.

Job Profile:

• A BSc degree in Engineering is required, and an M.Sc. is a plus (preferably in Computer/Electronic Science Eng.).
• Possess 3+ years of project/program management experience, with a project management certification being advantageous.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong understanding of Software & System Design, Device & Platform Architecture, and experience in complete Product Life Cycle Development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international organization.
• Strong leadership skills, decision-maker, team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multi-cultural environment.
