Job description
Role and Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst serves as the critical interface, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within systems delivery projects.

Beyond project requirements analysis, the Systems Analyst facilitates seamless communication among business users, technical teams, and project managers, adeptly resolving any ambiguities that may arise.

The Systems Analyst also collaborates closely on solution design, conducts business-technical alignment, and actively contributes in technical-related discussions with development teams, playing a vital role in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered software precisely aligns with defined requirements.

This role also contributes to change management and broader project administration, by analyzing the technical impact of proposed changes on existing systems / solutions, documenting revised specifications, and contributing to project planning, and risk identification for system-related aspects.
