Job summary
A prominent Singaporean bar is seeking a skilled Bartender responsible for preparing and serving beverages to high standards while leading daily bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of bartending experience and strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations. This role involves supervising junior staff, maintaining a clean bar environment, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. Competitive salary based on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant bartending experience.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar.
- Supervise and guide junior bartenders during shifts.
