About the Team

Worldpay’s Crypto & Web3 commercial team sits within our Ecommerce division and partners with some of the world’s largest crypto, NFT, and Web3 merchants. This is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing segments in financial technology, where innovation meets scale.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager for APAC, you will drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding leading crypto, NFT, and Web3 businesses across the region. You’ll leverage your industry expertise and network to build strong partnerships, expand market share in this rapidly evolving ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for Crypto & Web3 merchants in APAC.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the crypto and Web3 space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance) to deliver tailored payment solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within crypto, NFT, Web3, or fintech sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts in the APAC crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
