Job description

Key Responsibility:

• Learn all aspects of the F&B operation and leadership skills
• Provide excellent customer service during daily operations
• Support order taking, table management, and cashiering
• Handle guest feedback and resolve basic issues
• Assist in supervising floor staff and maintaining service standards
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene compliance
• Participate in stock checks, team training, and basic admin duties

💰 Salary package up to S$3,450+

Key Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree and above
• Must have F&A experience or must be willing to learn
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise effectively with majority of customers
• Able to work up to 60 hours per week
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable with hands‑on roles with full training provided
• Willing to commit to 1 year contract bond (If any)
