R&D Lab Engineer: Failure Analysis & Validation Specialist
Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an R&D Engineering Assistant / Failure Analysis Technician to support lab operations and ensure compliance with design standards. Responsibilities include conducting validations, performing surface analysis, and documenting results. Candidates should possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Science/Engineering, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. This position offers a basic salary between $2400 - $3000, along with benefits such as annual leave and bonuses.

- Recent graduate or candidate with few years of working experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting validation, evaluation, and characterization of media.
- Perform surface analysis measurements and support the development of techniques.
- Document and compile results of evaluations and failure analyses.
- Collaborate with engineers and provide input on surface analysis results.
- Execute daily evaluation and failure analysis tasks prioritized by engineers.
- Operate and maintain surface analysis lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality and safety standards.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by engineers.
