Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize office functions and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects, to maintain a safe and functional work environment
  • Manage vendor relationships by supporting contract negotiations and monitoring service delivery to ensurecost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences to support organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement
  • Organize and manage company travel arrangements and accommodations to facilitate efficient business travel
  • Procure office supplies and pantry items, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control
  • Provide administrative support for expatriate housing matters, including coordination with landlords or agents and lease documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs functions
  • Support general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing activities
  • Assist in payments processing, cash book maintenance, and corporate card expense administration
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working in a MNC environment
  • Basic knowledge of payments processing, expense administration, and general ledgersupport is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail
