Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including the fulfillment of eCommerce orders. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, as well as knowledge of WMS and eCommerce platforms. This role offers a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday with options for remote working on weekends.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily eCommerce orders across multiple marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok).

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on operational matters; resolve service issues and inquiries promptly.

  • Lead onboarding of new clients, including SOP development, WMS setup, and end-to-end process walkthroughs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

  • Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs such as order turnaround time, order accuracy, inventory variance, and team performance.

  • Manage and coach warehouse team leads, supervisors, and floor staff; oversee manpower planning, rostering, and workload allocation.

  • Collaborate closely with customer service, technology, sales, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Control and track operational costs; identify and implement cost‑saving and efficiency measures.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, inventory integrity, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of WMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.

  • Proven people management and leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with a client‑first mindset.

  • Able to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced operational environment.

Working Hours
  • Monday – Friday:

    • 8:30am – 5:30pm OR
    • 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday:

    • Work from home, 8:30am – 12:30pm
