About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in the global market. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our cryptocurrency exchange by building and managing strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
You will be responsible for the entire KOL partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach, negotiation, and onboarding to ongoing relationship management, performance monitoring, and revenue share tracking. Your goal will be to drive user acquisition, increase deposits, and grow trading volume through impactful and localized campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Define, drive, and execute the company’s digital asset listing strategy.
Identify and generate high-potential asset leads through deep engagement in token project ecosystems, venture funds, and liquidity provider networks.
Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for existing token partners.
Negotiate and close commercial terms with upcoming crypto projects while managing a strong deal pipeline.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and automate the end-to-end crypto listing process, including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams.
Guide prospective token projects through the full lifecycle of the listing process.
Conduct research and analysis, producing detailed reports and insights to support asset decision-making and strategic planning.
Prepare regular performance and managerial reports for listed assets.
Requirements:
Strong interest in the crypto/blockchain industry and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Prior experience in a crypto exchange or related environment is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-disciplined, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
