Job description
Project Manager
  • Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Office at City Hall ; project location is Islandwide
  • Salary: $7000 to $8000
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experiences (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Project and at least one of the project as a Project Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
  • Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project's budget and contract requirements.
  • Lead the staffs on working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship.
  • Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
  • Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
  • Work with the WSHO Officer to come out a framework that ensure site compliance to statutory requirements such as Safety, ECM control, Noise control, Vector control etc
  • Monitor the staffs' performance and provide the necessary guidance / training programs.
