Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 15 years of experience in handling residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations. A Bachelor's Degree recognised by the Singapore PE Board is required. This position offers a competitive salary range of $9000-$11000.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in handling various projects.
- Experience as a Project Manager on at least 2-3 projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop a master program and site facilities planning.
- Plan project budget, quality, and manpower.
- Lead client and consultant interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
