Project Manager

Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: $9000-$11000

Job Responsibilities

• Study the project and develop a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
• Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
• Lead the staff on working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship.
• Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
• Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
• Work with the WSHO Officer to develop a framework that ensures site compliance to statutory requirements such as Safety, ECM control, Noise control, Vector control etc.
• Monitor the staff’s performance and provide the necessary guidance and training programs.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in handling residential condo, commercial, data centre or AEI projects and at least 2-3 projects as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree recognised by Singapore PE Board.
