• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and relevant parties to resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with authority requirements.
