Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide HR operational support and manage expatriate matters. This role involves liaising with Japanese stakeholders and coordinating planning activities. Candidates should have experience in HR operations, proficiency in Japanese, and the ability to handle diverse tasks effectively. Join a dynamic team to support corporate functions and ensure smooth expatriate experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Knowledge of expatriate-related matters is essential.
- Ability to effectively manage HR and planning tasks.
- Proficient in Japanese for communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR operational support for staff and expatriates.
- Manage leave administration for expatriates.
- Support corporate planning and coordination activities.
- Act as a communication bridge with Japanese HQ.
Skills
HR Responsibilities (Approx. 50%)
- Provide HR operational support for regional rotational staff and expatriates
- Manage leave administration, including annual and home leave for expatriates
- Disseminate HR-related information to relevant stakeholders
- Handle day-to-day HR matters related to expatriates
- Support corporate planning and coordination activities as required.
- Act as a communication bridge with Japanese HQ, primarily in Japanese
- Prepare, translate, and follow up on materials for HQ communication
- Assist with internal coordination across departments when needed
- Experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Knowledge and experience in expatriate-related matters
- Ability to manage both HR and coordination/planning tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
