Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities (Approx. 50%)

  • Provide HR operational support for regional rotational staff and expatriates
  • Manage leave administration, including annual and home leave for expatriates
  • Disseminate HR-related information to relevant stakeholders
  • Handle day-to-day HR matters related to expatriates
Corporate Planning / Coordination Responsibilities (Approx. 50%)
  • Support corporate planning and coordination activities as required.
  • Act as a communication bridge with Japanese HQ, primarily in Japanese
  • Prepare, translate, and follow up on materials for HQ communication
  • Assist with internal coordination across departments when needed
Requirements
  • Experience in HR operations or HR administration
  • Knowledge and experience in expatriate-related matters
  • Ability to manage both HR and coordination/planning tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
