A retail company in Singapore seeks a sales promoter to engage potential customers and increase sales. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of FMCG experience and a strong command of English. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, promoting products, and providing tailored recommendations. Flexibility to work on weekends and during public holidays is a must. The working hours are from 12pm to 9pm on a five-day work week, with a rest on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Promote and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
Explain product benefits, features, and usage effectively.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Drive sales by persuading and encouraging customers to make purchases.
Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.
Set up and arrange promotional displays to attract customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing team.
Work closely with retail staff and supervisors to optimize sales performance.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
Minimum O level with at least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in a similar role.
Must be willing to work on weekends / Public Holidays
Stationed at Mustafa and must have good command of English (both written and communication)
Working Hours: 12nn - 9pm (5 days' work week rest on Tue & Wed).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
