A leading university in Singapore is seeking a professional to drive digital transformation and data governance in academic services. The role involves leading system development initiatives, enhancing student experience, and supporting continuous improvement through technology. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, extensive managerial experience in digital transformation, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with automation tools. The university offers a dynamic environment for making impactful changes in academic processes.
The Office of Academic Services (OAS) plays a key role in advancing the University’s educational goals and supporting the provision and governance of academic learning in NTU. We provide the end-to-end academic services from the time of their matriculation to their graduation, creating positive impacts on the academic journey of all 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate (coursework and research) students during their study in NTU.
This position is instrumental in driving the digital transformation and data governance of academic services through the implementation of an integrated Academic Services Student Management System and Academic Services Blueprint. The role will lead end-to-end system development initiatives from design through to launch, as well as champion the digitisation of academic and administrative processes using emerging technologies such as Generative AI and low-code platforms.
As a key enabler and catalyst for change, the job holder will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to modernise service delivery, enhance the student experience, and improve operational efficiency. The role will support continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring systems remain effective, scalable, and aligned with NTU’s evolving institutional needs. In addition, the position will contribute to strengthening governance frameworks and enabling data-driven decision‑making across academic and administrative functions.
We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
