Role Overview

The incumbent will play an instrumental role in managing projects in Crane Worldwide Logistics Singapore's Contract Logistics and ensuring their successful delivery. Provide strategic oversight and ensuring that projects align with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Oversight
    • Align project goals with company's objectives.
    • Provide high-level guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  2. Project Planning
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Ensure resource allocation meets the project needs.
  3. Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor project teams.
    • Resolve high-level issues and conflicts.
  4. Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
    • Present progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  5. Risk Management
    • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
    • Ensure contingency plans are in place.
  6. Performance Monitoring
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs).
P&L Management
  • Oversee project-level financial performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability.
