Job Scope

• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures.
• Proficiency in understanding technical Drawing.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Measuring and verified the products to meet customer specification.
• Programming of CNC lathe machine.
• Operate turn mill machines with automatic bar feeder for production.
• Monitor production progress and fine tuning the machine to optimize production of components
• Reduce scrap and meet productivity targets.
• Perform environment clean practices.
• Perform workplace safety and health (WSH) policy.
