Telemarketer (Lead Generator & Appointment Setter)
Job summary
A leading telemarketing company in Singapore seeks a motivated telemarketer to conduct high-volume outbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This role offers $16 per hour plus commission based on performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or similar roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or call targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Schedule confirmed appointments for the sales team.
- Log call activities and customer information in CRM.
- Meet and exceed weekly call and appointment targets.
Skills
Location: 10 Hoe Chiang Rd
Salary: $16 per hour + $$ commission per case closed
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from a qualified lead list.
- Efficiently schedule confirmed appointments for our sales team.
- Accurately log all call activities and customer information in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role such as:
- Telemarketing / Telesales
- Call Center Agent (Outbound)
- Sales Support / Lead Generator
- Customer Service (with sales objectives)
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales or call targets.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
