Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Capable of handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries primarily through incoming calls and other channels.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators set by management.

Call Center Officer (Monday - Sunday)

Working Schedule: (4 weekday 1 weekend) 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

Salary: up to SGD 2700 per month

Job Description:

  • Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
  • Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
  • Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
  • Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
