Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer calls, providing information and solutions professionally. Qualifications include at least GCE 'O' Level or Diploma, strong communication skills in English, and preferably prior experience in customer service. This full-time position offers a salary between SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,000 per month along with performance bonuses and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays if required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex cases when necessary.

Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Patient and empathetic

Education

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
