Job summary

Une entreprise du secteur funéraire recherche un candidat pour un poste en service client. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des communications avec les clients et le soutien administratif. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 2 ans d'expérience en service client, de préférence dans un centre d'appels.

Responsibilities

• Répondre aux appels entrants et aux e-mails.
• Prendre les informations de contact des clients.
• Effectuer des tâches administratives de base.
