Role Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador and provide a refined, personalised experience to every client. Your role is essential in driving boutique performance through customer engagement, storytelling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a luxury-level shopping experience to clients by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and impeccable service
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and returning clientele, including VIP customers
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective cross‑selling and upselling techniques
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness to reflect brand standards
  • Handle transactions with accuracy and discretion, including POS, invoicing, and wrapping
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and cycle counting
  • Support boutique operations, clienteling efforts, and event preparations
  • Stay up-to-date on brand history, craftsmanship, and new collection launches to confidently educate customers
Requirements
