Our client, an award-winning independent media agency known for bold ideas and breakthrough campaigns, is looking for a Creative Director to join their Singapore leadership team.

This is a key strategic role for a senior creative professional who can combine inspiring ideas with deep brand understanding and digital-first storytelling.

The Creative Director will be responsible for setting the creative vision and leading cross-functional teams in developing impactful campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple platforms.

You’ll work closely with strategy, media, and client leadership to deliver work that not only looks great but drives measurable business results.

• Lead creative direction across major accounts and new business pitches.
• Inspire and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers to produce work that meets the highest creative standards.
• Collaborate closely with client and strategy teams to translate insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Champion innovation in content, media, and integrated communications.

• At least 6 years of experience in creative leadership within advertising, media, or integrated agency environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, multi-channel campaigns for recognizable brands.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate creative teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a strategic mindset, with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Confident client presenter and collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, ideas-driven culture.
