About Disney Cruise Line:

Since 1998, Disney Cruise Line has been a leader in the cruise industry, offering families a chance to reconnect, adults to recharge, and children to enjoy Disney magic. Our fleet includes six ships: Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and Disney Treasure, with seven more ships planned, including a new partnership with Oriental Land Company Ltd. to bring Disney cruises to Japan by 2031. Destinations include The Bahamas, Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, South Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. The Disney Adventure, launching in 2025, will be the first ship based in Singapore.

About the Role:

Are you a high-caliber marketing professional with startup experience? Do you excel in strategic thinking, relationship building, and creating synergy and partnership opportunities? If you're passionate about Disney and eager to build world-class teams, the Associate Manager, Synergy Marketing role at Disney Cruise Line might be perfect for you.

This key position partners with the Manager, Synergy Marketing to create magic at sea. You will be instrumental in delivering cross-company synergy initiatives to support the launch and ongoing success of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, Disney Adventure, sailing from Singapore in December 2025.

The role involves developing and leading strategic cross-company integrations that align with the overall marketing strategy, identifying initiatives across Disney Southeast Asia to enhance brand value and consumer engagement, and managing requests to foster strong programs supporting Disney Cruise Line’s marketing campaigns.

You will also support the Partnerships team in developing and executing high-impact partner marketing campaigns, managing a diverse portfolio of partners, and ensuring campaign strategies align with Disney Cruise Line’s brand and commercial goals. Collaboration across internal teams and external partners is essential for campaign success.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and activate innovative synergy campaigns across the region, including Disney+ / Disney+ Hotstar / JioHotstar, Studios, Regional Disney Website and Social Handles, Parks, and Disney Theatrical Group.
  • Build strategic relationships and identify opportunities for collaborative campaigns that add value and support marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign timelines, creative approvals, and brand consistency.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Support the development of partnership campaigns with tourism boards, airlines, banks, retailers, and other partners, ensuring alignment with Disney Cruise Line’s branding and goals.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns support bookings and mutual benefits.
  • Prepare campaign plans, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Monitor ongoing engagement and identify new opportunities to enhance brand presence and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in omni-channel marketing communications, with proven success in earned media strategies.
  • Experience developing marketing engagement and creative plans in Asia, with a keen understanding of the regional market.
  • Experience within Disney or similar entertainment companies is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
