We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager (Demand Generation) to lead OKX SG’s demand generation and lifecycle engagement efforts. This role combines strategic ownership of the campaign roadmap with hands‑on execution of growth experiments across in‑app and offline touchpoints.
You will use lifecycle data, behavioural insights, and rigorous testing frameworks to drive activation, retention, and monetization. Reporting to the Strategy & Operations Lead, you’ll partner closely with Product, Business Intelligence and Marketing to translate insights into scalable growth initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
