Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Café Barista to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality drinks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining workspace cleanliness, and assisting with inventory. This position offers a salary range of $2400 to $2700 and is based in Tanjong Pagar.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B environment.
- Background in coffee is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, promptly attend to customers’ queries.
- Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Stay informed about menu offerings and brewing methods.
Skills
Working day: Mon to Sun, 5 day work week
Salary: $2400 - $2700
Working location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: 44h/week
- Greet and assist customers, promptly attend to customers’ queries.
- Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Stay informed about menu offerings, coffee bean origins and brewing methods. Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their cafe experience.
- Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace according to hygiene, safety and food handling standards.
- Receive and check inventory and perishables. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Work with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
- Report to Cafe Manager.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B.
- Background in coffee is preferred.
