Job Overview

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include crafting high‑quality coffee beverages, ensuring consistent product quality, curating innovative coffee and tea‑based beverages for pastry pairings, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

This position requires a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead and train other baristas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour‑over coffee, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles to guide customers in their coffee choices.
• Ensure that all coffee equipment is clean, well‑maintained, and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Handle customer orders for both food and beverages efficiently and accurately, providing a friendly and engaging experience.
• Conduct regular quality checks on coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients to ensure freshness and consistency.
• Recommend and promote café offerings to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation area, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
