Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
• Serving and clearing of customer's orders and plates.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and clearing tables.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised restaurant environment, including regular cleaning and tidying of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the service crew, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and assist in inventory management and stock control.

Requirements

• Applicants with prior relevant experience will be advantageous.
• Able to perform shifts and work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Great customer service skills with a pleasant smile.
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment with minimal supervision.
• Able to start work in a short notice.
• Full-time/Part-time position available.

Compensation

Full-time: Up to $2000 - $2200 per month; 6 working days
