A leading beverage service provider in Singapore is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks including cocktails and beers. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of the drinks menu and multitasking ability are essential. Responsabilidades
- Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments accurately.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Familiarity with the drinks menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Monitoring and restocking supplies, ingredients, and garnishes.
- Handling multiple orders and customers simultaneously.
- Collaborating with other bartenders, servers, and staff to ensure smooth service.
- Following proper sanitation, safety protocols, and responsible serving practices.
- Suggesting premium drinks, specials, or promotions to enhance sales.
- Serving drinks: Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
