Position Overview

As a Tim Hortons Barista, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, cold drinks, and baked goods to Tim Hortons standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment
• Replenish stock items as needed (cups, lids, milk, etc.)
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
• Work as part of a team to meet service goals during peak hours
• Handle guest concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
