Building Maintenance and Facilities Officer
Job summary
An HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include routine checks on electrical, A/C, plumbing, and building systems, alongside supervision of repair works and ensuring cleanliness of systems. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience and a NITEC in Electrical or Building Services. Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is essential for this role, which requires critical thinking and basic repair skills. Interested candidates should apply via WhatsApp.
Qualifications
- Min. NITEC in Electrical, Building Services or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine checks on electrical, A/C, plumbing & building systems.
- Support minor repair works such as plumbing, sanitary, and basic electrical.
- Supervise servicing works by external contractors.
- Ensure AHU & switch rooms are kept clean and in good condition.
- Assist with fault finding and ad hoc building maintenance.
