JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the outlet and staff. They are responsible for monitoring service quality, solving operational issues in a fast-paced environment, and acting as a critical communication bridge between Management and the kitchen team and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
  • Oversees Outlet Operations: Manages daily activities at the flagship shop with support oversight for 2 other locations.
  • Staff Management: Schedules, trains, and evaluates staff performance to maintain high service standards.
  • Hygiene & Compliance: Conducts daily SFA compliance checks.
  • Quality Assurance: Performs food quality checks and manages delivery platform (Grab/Panda/Deliveroo) menu availability.
  • Performance Driven: Strategizes and leads the team to hit the monthly revenue targets.
  • Digital Engagement: Spearheads initiatives to secure social media and review platform feedbacks with monthly target numbers.
  • Cultural Integration: Bridges communication gaps between Management, kitchen staff, and customers.
  • Maintenance Monitoring: Liaises with maintenance leads for facility repairs and cost control.
  • Daily Reporting: Documents and reports all operational events to Management.
  • Customer Relations: Rectifies customer feedback and shares insights with the team for continuous improvement.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English for staff and customer communication. Some communication in Vietnamese is preferred for communications with staff and customers.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in supervising, training staff, and F&B operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in delivery merchant tools and social media engagement.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
