Job summary
A leading assembly solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include processing quotations, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate holds an O-Level or Diploma in Business Administration, has at least 2 years of customer service experience, and is organized, meticulous, and a team player. Responsibilities
- Process quotations and sales orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update sales and inventory records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
- Assist with general office duties and other ad-hoc tasks.
