We Are Looking For

The Sales Order Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering sales orders into the company’s systems to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment. The associate will support the sales team by handling data entry tasks with a high degree of precision, contributing to the smooth operation of order management in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Enter sales orders into the company’s ERP system ensuring all details such as part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Verify order information against customer purchase orders, quotes and contracts to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Update order status in real‑time and flag any issues such as incomplete data or potential delays for escalation to supervisors.
  • Maintain organized digital records of entered orders and related documentation for easy retrieval and auditing.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to clarify order details as needed.
  • Perform basic data reconciliation tasks to ensure orders align with inventory availability in the electronics supply chain.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or order processing preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a team‑oriented setting.
  • Basic problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve minor order discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi‑task and work well under pressure with changing priorities.
