Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, COO, or General Manager in an SME environment.
• Strong project management background with a track record of delivering on time and budget.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, and services management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive operational performance through KPIs and clear priorities.
• Lead approximately 20 employees, with 5 direct reports.
