As an Assistant / Department Manager, you shall lead the department daily operations, oversee staff, manage budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involved in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Managing maintenance services projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Supervising the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a System Architect, IT Infra maintenance or IT System Integration and 2 years of leadership experience as a Head of Department.
• Proficient in network cyber security, switching, routing, firewall and IT Service Management.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Singaporean only.
• Open to 24/7 standby when required.
• Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior role.
