A local Singaporean company is seeking a motivated individual for general clerical and administrative support. Candidates should possess at least 'O' Level education and be competent in MS Office and MYOB. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as document processing in Mandarin is required. The role involves filing, record updating, and liaising with vendors, with a typical 5-day work week and immediate start possible.
Qualifications
- Responsible for general clerical, accounting, and administrative support functions.
- Proficient in processing documents in Mandarin due to job requirements.
- Experience in handling invoices and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing of invoices and documents.
- Update and maintain necessary records.
- Liaise with vendors and other departments as needed.
