A transportation service provider in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing AP invoices, performing supplier account reconciliations, and implementing process enhancements for efficiency. Candidates must have a diploma in Accountancy and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and familiarity with Coupa and SAP is required.

Competenze

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application and MS Excel.
  • Hands on experience using Compass/Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA.

Mansioni

  • Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices via Coupa and SAP.
  • Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable.
  • Follow up certificate of resident for withholding tax.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of AP processes.

Conoscenze

Proficient in MS Office Application
