Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Admin / Purchasing Officer. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and supporting daily data entry for accounting.   • Assist with Recording Transactions, Handling Invoices and Managing Bills.
  • Proper Record Keeping Including Purchase Orders and Receipts.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
