Job description

ThePayrollExecutivewill perform full spectrum ofpayrollprocess, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and legal compliance.

Job Duties:

  • Perform end to endpayrollprocess for clients, maintain and uphold confidentiality for allpayrolltasks undertaken.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness and adherence topayroll-related legal and regulatory requirements such as CPF, IR8A.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, respond proactively to clients' enquiries and cordiallyresolve any issues and requests.
  • Handle IR21, NS Claims, and Government-paid claims submission for clients promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients onpayrolltimeline and prepare float fund reconciliation where necessary.
  • Participate in client meetings to reviewpayrolloperations, resolve issues, and explore improvements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc system upgrades and activities as and when needed.
  • Ensure proper archiving ofpayrollrecords in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience inpayrollprocessing.
  • Good knowledge ofpayrollprocess and compliance regulations.
  • Positive attitude in managing clientpayrolls and providing exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency inpayrollsoftware and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
