The Musco Team is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Coordinator in our growing Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with Sales and members of the distribution team to meet customer expectations through the coordination of the sales process. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field
• Two or more years' experience in a technical customer support role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Detailed, organized, and results-driven with problem-solving skills
• Occasional international travel may be required
• Occasional overtime, weekend hours, and hours outside the traditional workday may be necessary

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete project workflow including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning. This includes preparing specifications, pricing, quotes, budget estimates, obtaining purchase orders, coordinating product arrival at port, and synchronizing on-site delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain the quality of information in systems for all assigned projects to ensure clear communication of project details and accurate sales and shipment projections.
• Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales regarding company processes and policies.
• Identify issues or problems affecting goal achievement and take timely action to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and build relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, vendors, internal sales teams, and customers.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to effectively address customer and project requirements.
• Review customer responses with managers to improve the sales process.
• Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed.
