Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and vision.
  • Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
  • Lead a high‑performing team of technical specialists, engineers, and project managers to execute the technical strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the quality and reliability of technical deliverables.
  • Develop and manage the technical team, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Serve as a key technical advisor to the executive leadership team, offering insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Represent the technical function in meetings with clients, partners, and industry organizations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the technical function.
  • Develop the annual engineering budget based on project needs and forecasts.
