Job summary
A leading technology services provider in Riyadh is seeking a senior manager to oversee technical services operations. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in managing technical teams, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and planning skills. Responsibilities include developing operational plans and monitoring the execution of technical projects. This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop operational plans for managing maintenance and technical support services.
- Manage and organize technical teams and ensure their readiness.
- Monitor project execution, testing, and delivery according to standards.
- Manage technical support and operational services for customers.
- Develop work procedures and ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Improve the efficiency of workforce utilization (Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore).
- Monitor the execution of technical tasks in infrastructure and application projects.
- Supervise technical documentation and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the quality of delivered services.
- Develop training and development plans for technical staff.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possessing professional technical certifications from global vendors is considered a strong advantage.
