An international oilfield services company is seeking a Safety Specialist to promote and ensure a safe working environment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a diploma/degree in Safety or Engineering, a valid NEBOSH certificate, and over 6 years of HSE experience in oil & gas operations. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, monitoring compliance, and developing training programs.

One of our International Oilfield Services client is looking for Safety Specialist (SAUDI NATIONALS) to be based in Dammam, Saudi.
Note: Only Saudi nationals will be considered.

Job Summary

The Safety Specialist is responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe working environment across oil & gas operations. This role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits on-site.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for personnel.
  • Support management in implementing safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to safety performance and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have valid NEBOSH certificate.
  • Only Saudi nationals will be considered.
  • Experience of 6+ years in HSE within oil & gas operations.
