In Saudi Arabia, Tcnicas Reunidas is heavily involved in the development of large-scale energy projects, including oil and gas refineries, petrochemical plants, and other energy infrastructure. This presence allows TR to contribute significantly to the Kingdom's ambitious infrastructure and industrial development plans.

In our project developing in Jubail(50 minutes to Jubail city center, 40 minutes to Dammam), we are looking to welcome Steel Structure Superintendent to our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of steel structures, ensuring all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure the project progresses as scheduled.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure effective collaboration on-site.
• Review project plans and provide guidance to team members regarding technical issues or challenges.
• Conduct daily site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools used on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Structure Superintendent or similar role in mega projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure installation, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
